You can cancel in 30 days and receive a full refund. (NOTE: The One-Time Processing Fee is non-refundable).

Refunds will be granted for any written notice requesting cancellation of plan received within the 30-day period. Cancellation requests must be sent via mail to P.O. Box 2568, Frisco, TX 75034 or faxed to (888)335-7330.
